Situation: A car detailing company regularly used TeamWherx™ to create and manage their work orders. However, they were spending unnecessary time taking the data from their work orders in the application and manually transcribing it into their other systems, such as Microsoft OneDrive.
Solution: Our software allows the car detailing company to export work order data more easily as flat files (in .CSV format). This makes their data more manageable and prevents their administrators from having to manually enter the information twice into two different systems, as they can take the flat files and import the data from them more easily.
Impact: Due to this ability to export work order data in .CSV format, the car detailing company enjoys a more efficient work order scheduling process and can service more cars for customers daily.
